Our Service records and transcribes phone calls handled by your AI voice agent. As the account holder, you are the data controller for these recordings and are responsible for obtaining any required consents from call participants under applicable law (such as two-party consent states in the USA).

Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and accessible only to you through your account. We do not use call content from your account to train AI models without your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Call records, transcripts, and recordings are retained for up to 12 months by default. After account cancellation, we retain data for up to 90 days before permanent deletion. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, row-level security in our database, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights
